ANSCER Robotics raises $5.4 million to scale its fleet of hybrid warehouse robots globally and capture a larger share of the American logistics market.

ANSCER Robotics, a deep-tech startup providing autonomous mobile robots and software for industrial material handling, has secured $5.4 million (₹45 crore) in Series A funding. The Bengaluru, India-based company aims to utilize this investment to expand its operations and scale its fleet of hybrid warehouse robots globally, with a focus on capturing a larger share of the American logistics market. The funding round was led by IAN Group, with participation from Info Edge Ventures and other angel investors.
According to ANSCER Robotics, this investment will accelerate its mission to build India's AI-native industrial automation platform for factories and warehouses worldwide. ANSCER offers a range of solutions, including autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), intelligent fleet management software, and next-generation industrial systems. The company designs and builds automation solutions for modern manufacturing and logistics, helping enterprises improve productivity, safety, and operational efficiency at scale.
Mark Messina, CEO of ANSCER Robotics Americas, highlighted the company's focus on deploying robots in complex environments, such as manufacturing floors and dock areas. The company's hybrid systems combine the carrying capabilities of automated guided vehicles (AGVs) or forklifts with the smart navigation of AMRs. Messina emphasized the exceptional nature of ANSCER's navigation stack and hardware, noting that while the company does deploy in warehouses, its primary focus is on material movement and machine tending in factories.
ANSCER continues to grow globally, with deployments in India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, as well as North America, where it has secured big new clients, including leading parcel-delivery companies. As ANSCER looks to expand its market presence, the company will have a booth at Automate 2026, showcasing its solutions. With its latest funding, ANSCER Robotics is poised to make a significant impact in the industrial material handling sector, leveraging its innovative technology to drive growth and efficiency in factories and warehouses worldwide.
