'ZDNET Recommends': What exactly does it mean?
ZDNET's recommendations are based on many hours of testing, research, and comparison shopping. We gather data from the best available sources, including vendor and retailer listings as well as other relevant and independent reviews sites. And we pore over customer reviews to find out what matters to real people who already own and use the products and services we’re assessing.
When you click through from our site to a retailer and buy a product or service, we may earn affiliate commissions. This helps support our work, but does not affect what we cover or how, and it does not affect the price you pay. Neither ZDNET nor the author are compensated for these independent reviews. Indeed, we follow strict guidelines that ensure our editorial content is never influenced by advertisers.

Amazon Prime Day will run from June 23 through June 26 this year, but you don't have to wait until the end of the month to score great deals on Samsung products. Early discounts are already appearing across Amazon with price cuts on some of the company's most popular smartphones, tablets, and TVs.
Samsung's product lineup is bigger than ever, which can make finding the right deal pretty challenging. There are many options vying for your attention. Lucky for you, I'm here to help.

Here at ZDNET, we regularly review Samsung's latest products and track deals throughout the year. To help you separate the awesome bargains from the forgettable discounts, I've sorted through Amazon's early Prime Day promotions and rounded up a selection of Samsung deals I believe are most worth your consideration. In these early days, I'm going to focus on the best, but I will soon expand to include a multitude of products.
Starting off this list is the Galaxy Z Fold 7, one of the best foldables on the market today. Whether you're multitasking between several apps, streaming a movie, or gaming, the phone has plenty of power to handle it all, thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Its 200MP main camera captures highly detailed photographs with excellent color vibrancy. Unfolding the device reveals an 8-inch display, effectively turning the Galaxy Z Fold 7 into a mini-tablet. It offers enough screen space to comfortably run two apps side by side. Imagine reading an article on one half and watching a video on the other.
Compared to the S25 Ultra, the Galaxy S26 Ultra isn't a dramatic overhaul. The two smartphones share many of the same features and capabilities. However, the S26 Ultra stands out by refining an already strong formula with a sleeker design, better software, and meaningful quality-of-life upgrades. Its standout feature is Privacy Display, which limits side visibility to help keep sensitive information hidden from nearby lookie-loos. You have to be directly in front of the display to see anything.
At its core, the phone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, delivering flagship-level performance. Whether you're switching between multiple apps, editing media, or playing mobile games, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will feel fast, responsive, and consistently smooth. Longevity is another major strength, with the phone's 5,000 mAh battery comfortably lasting a full day
Samsung's Galaxy A37 is a well-rounded midrange smartphone and one of my favorite mobile devices of the year. A big part of why I like it so much is because of its large 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It's the type of screen that you would typically see on a high-end model. Colors look wonderfully vibrant, and the high refresh rate makes on-screen animations look incredibly smooth.
On the surface, its camera system doesn't look like anything special. It is identical to the previous model, the Galaxy A36, but this generation improves upon it by introducing optical image stabilization (OIS). The feature helps keep the camera steady while shooting, so no more blurry photos or videos. Battery life is great, too, easily lasting a full day without a problem.

The Samsung S95F is a great TV, having earned ZDNET's Editors' Choice award last year. There really isn't an area where it falters. The picture quality is exceptional, partly due to the glare-resistant OLED panel, which preserves the TV's vibrant colors and high contrast. Samsung's AI-powered processing software enhances image quality while also doing a great job at upscaling older content. It even supports Dolby Atmos and Samsung's Object Tracking Sound+ technology to create a truly immersive soundstage. This helps movies, shows, games, and the like feel that much more lifelike.
Prime Day is a great time to beef up your gaming setup, and I highly recommend replacing your own monitor with the Odyssey OLED G7. Its standout feature is its 1000R curve. The display "waaps" around the user, fully immersing them in the world of their favorite game. The Odyssey G7 boasts a 4K screen that runs at 165Hz with a near-instantaneous response time of 0.03ms. Couple that with the high color accuracy and support for True Black 400, and you get an absolutely stunning monitor.
The deal doesn't stop there. In addition to the discount, you'll receive a free $200 Amazon Gift Card.
Samsung's Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ is a 13.1-inch tablet that positioned itself as an alternative to the M3 iPad Air back when it first launched. It boasts several advantages over Apple's device, including a large, vibrant screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, support for Samsung's S Pen, and an IP68 water- and dust-resistant rating. Longevity is a major strength, thanks to its large 10,090 mAh battery, which comfortably lasts a full workday and then some. Powered by the Exynos 1580 chipset, the tablet delivers solid everyday performance, although it's not a powerhorse by any means. Still, it is a solid device for on-the-go work.
Samsung's Galaxy Book5 360 may not be the newest laptop in the company's lineup, but it remains an excellent choice for professionals who want a versatile, premium machine. Under the hood, the PC is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor, an integrated Intel Arc 140V GPU, and 16GB of RAM. That's a solid configuration that is more than capable of handling heavy multitasking.
My favorite feature has to be the stunning 16-inch 3K touchscreen. Running at a 120Hz refresh rate, the display produces rich colors, deep contrast, and smooth animation, making it a good choice for creative work. When paired with a Galaxy S Pen, it becomes a digital canvas. Other notable features include long battery life and Quick Share for fast file transfer between other Galaxy devices.
Even with newer options available, the Galaxy Watch 7 remains a solid wearable, thanks to a balance of top-tier performance and a robust feature set. It houses a relatively large 1.5 Super AMOLED screen, delivering sharp text, vibrant colors, and high brightness for clear outdoor visibility. The wearable runs on an Exynos W1000 processor and 2GB of RAM, ensuring smooth navigation and fast app launches throughout the WearOS system. Fitness enthusiasts, in particular, will appreciate the device's extensive health-tracking features. It can monitor sleep quality, heart rate, body composition, and more while simultaneously supporting a wide range of workout types.
Amazon Prime Day 2026 officially runs from Tuesday, June 23, through Friday, June 26. However, you don't need to wait for the event to start saving. That's because early deals are already appearing, as Samsung is rolling out discounts well ahead of the main sale. In fact, some of the strongest price cuts typically show up in the weeks leading up to Prime Day, so expect to see a lot more in the coming weeks.
Amazon Prime Day is one of the best times of the year to pick up a Samsung device, be it a smartphone, TV, or laptop. In fact, Samsung is typically the complete opposite of Apple. Apple rarely discounts its hardware, and when it does, the discount is usually small. Samsung, on the other hand, is much more liberal, rolling heavy price drops across the board. You will also see Samsung offer added-value bundles, packaging a free gift card with the purchase.
ZDNET only writes about deals that capture our own interest -- devices and products we want, need, or would recommend not only to our readers, but to friends and family. Our experts look for deals that are around 20% off (or hardly ever on sale), using established price-comparison tools and trackers to determine whether the deal is actually worth your time.
We also examine customer reviews and draw on our hands-on experience with new tech to understand what matters to real people who already own and use the products we're recommending. The goal is to deliver the most accurate advice and to alert you to price drops so you can shop smarter.
