Amazon's Prime Day sale officially starts tomorrow, but we're already seeing discounts of over 50% off across dozens of categories, including outdoor, home, beauty, tech, and more, and competing discounts from other retailers like Walmart , Best Buy , Target , Costco , Sam's Club , and more. As ZDNET's deals and shopping editor, I am always scouring the web for the best offers on our team's favorite products. Our team of experts is tracking the best offers as they arise in real time. Here are the best Amazon Prime Day deals we've found, and we're tracking them live.
Prime for Young Adults replaced Prime for Students last year. While a regular Amazon Prime membership costs $15 per month or $139 per year, the Prime for Young Adults program cuts that to $7.49 per month or $69 per year. The membership starts with a free 6-month trial, too.
To qualify for a Prime for Young Adults membership, you must be 18-24 years old or be currently enrolled in a higher education institution.

Even on the free trial, you can select any audiobook from Audible's catalog of over 1 million titles, including brand-new releases. You'll get the same benefits as full members on your free trial, and you can cancel before the three months are up, and won't get charged anything if you don't want to continue.

Anker's tiny 45W charger is perfect for keeping my iPhone and other devices powered up, and it features a foldable USB-C prong and a digital display that details output. ZDNET gadget expert Adrian Kingsley-Hughes and I both love this tiny yet mighty gadget, and it's on sale for $30.

This 16-inch gaming laptop is usually well over $2,000, but right now on sale for Prime Day. It's stacked with high-end hardware: an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX CPU, 16GB of RAM, a terabyte of storage, and a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU for running the latest titles at max graphics.
The Samsung S90F might be last year's flagship OLED, but it still offers plenty of reasons to pick one up (and not just the discount). You'll get a 144Hz refresh rate for ultra-smooth motion while watching live sports and fast-paced movies as well as console gaming. It also features a Pantone Validated OLED panel for enhanced color accuracy and contrast.

The Hisense Canvas is a competitor to Samsung's The Frame, which our reviewer thought offered a comparable experience for a much better price. It features a gallery-inspired design, a matte display, and a dedicated art mode for creating a personalized slideshow of your favorite artists or your own work.
You'll also get a 144Hz refresh rate, support for Dolby Vision HDR, and an ambient light sensor that automatically adjusts screen brightness for the best viewing in almost any room.
The all-new TCL X11L uses Micro RGB display technology for color accuracy, contrast, and detailing that, in our testing, we found rivals high-end OLED models from rivals like Samsung and Sony. It also features speakers designed by Bang & Olufsen for clean, balanced audio to match. With up to 20,000 dimming zones and a peak brightness of 10,000 nits, the X11L is capable of producing bold, bright colors and pixel-perfect details in almost any lighting.
The M5 MacBook Air is the quintessential jack-of-all-trades laptop for everyone, with the latest in Apple silicon: the powerful and battery-efficient M5 chip. You've got 16GB of unified memory and 512GB of local storage that's faster than the previous generation. The M5 MacBook Air feels a whole lot like the MacBook Pro these days, and the 15-inch earned our Editor's Choice award for its versatility and polished user experience.
The 13-inch MacBook Air M5 is the thinnest, lightest MacBook Air yet -- while offering more power than ever. The M5 chip is an efficient upgrade over last year, with 16GB of RAM standard and 512GB of local storage. The 13-inch Air is great for mobile workers who need solid performance on the go with outstanding battery life.
Looking for a reliable business laptop? The third-generation ThinkPad E16 is $510 off -- a substantial discount for a laptop with solid, up-to-date hardware. It has an Intel Core Ultra 7 255H CPU and 16GB of RAM, enough for typical workflows: Microsoft 360 apps, working out of the browser, and multitasking across Windows. Like most ThinkPads, it comes with lots of ports, a full-sized keyboard, and long-lasting battery.
The new iPad Air debuted in March, and it's already discounted on Amazon. The upgraded iPad Air features the M4 chip, support for Wi-Fi 7, upgraded processing power, larger memory bandwidth, and an improved Center Stage camera.
Apple's base-model iPad is our pick for the best tablet for most people, thanks to its versatility. When it comes to features, you essentially get the same suite as the more expensive iPad Pro and iPad Air models, but in a lighter form factor and an 11-inch Liquid Retina True Tone display.
The TCL Nxtpaper 11 Plus is the perfect nexus between a reading tablet and a regular tablet. TCL's Nxtpaper technology lets you switch from regular mode to color paper to ink paper (the most similar to what you can expect from an e-reader).
With the Surface Pro, you get a tablet that runs Windows 11 out of the box instead of a mobile operating system like Android or iPadOS. That means you won't have to worry about finding apps or workarounds for your workflows.
This tablet has a 12.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, Galaxy AI and Android 14 built right in, Wi-Fi 6E support, and a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor. The new, faster MediaTek processor is built to handle Galaxy AI features, such as Circle to Search, Instant Translation, Handwriting Assist, Note Assist, and Sketch to Image, all of which are made easier by the included S Pen.

The Apple Watch Series 11 is our pick for the smartwatch most iPhone owners should buy if they want Apple's latest smartwatch, alongside a 24-hour battery life and the company's full suite of health-tracking features. It's $120 off, a deal we see every so often -- and a good one at that.
The Series 11 is one of a few Apple smartwatches to receive its latest software updates. What does that mean for you? You'll get several years out of this smartwatch, as it's a newer generation Apple continues to include in annual updates.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra successfully refines an already winning formula with a sleeker design, smarter software features, and several meaningful quality-of-life improvements over its predecessor. Its standout feature is Privacy Display, which obscures the screen's view at certain angles to keep sensitive information hidden from nearby onlookers. It also features a big 5,000 mAh battery that comfortably lasted a full day in our testing.
The base model Galaxy S26 is still a part of Samsung's Galaxy flagship series, so you still get plenty of the best features, including improved photo editing features, Document Scanner, Now Nudge, Now Brief, and an upgraded Circle to Search with Google that will include multi-object detection.

This year, Amazon Prime Day runs from Tuesday, June 23, to Friday, June 26.
Amazon Prime Day will end at 11:59 p.m. PDT on June 26. However, it's likely there will be some lingering deals remaining, especially at competing retailer events.
ZDNET only writes about deals we want to buy -- devices and products we desire, need, or would recommend. Our experts looked for deals that were at least 20% off (or were hardly ever on sale), using established price comparison tools and trackers to determine whether the deal was actually on sale and how frequently it dropped.
We also looked over customer reviews to find out what matters to real people who already own and use the deals we're recommending. Our recommendations may also be based on our own testing -- in addition to extensive research and comparison shopping. The goal is to deliver the most accurate advice to help you shop smarter.
